Q. What is a Promo Code?
Totally Tots offers Promotions to our customers several times during the year. These specials are often redeemed by entering a Promo Code in the Promo Code box in the shopping cart. These promotions can be dollars off your purchase, a free item, or discounted shipping.
Q. How do I find out about the latest Promo Codes?
The best way to keep informed about current promotions at Totally Tots is to sign up for out mailing list. Since your privacy is absolutely respected, you will only receive promotions from our company as long as you are signed up on that list. Ready to register? Q. How do I enter a Promo Code into the cart?
You simply enter (type or paste) the Promo Code into the Promo Code box located beneath list of items in the cart. Then you must click Update to save the code in your cart.
Q. Must I use a Promo Code to get the Free Gift or Discount?
Yes, you must enter a valid promo code into the cart and click Update to receive the advertised Free Gift or Discount.
Q. How do I know the Promo Code has been accepted?
In the case of a dollars off your purchase you will see an additional line appear that says 'Discount'. This is the amount of the discount. In the case of a free item, you should see "Free" followed by the item listed on a line in your cart. The cost for that item will show as $0.00. In your email receipt, you will see the item listed by CODE. In the case of discounted shipping, you will simply see the cost of shipping change. In all cases, if your purchase has not met the minimum, you will see something to the effect of 'Minimum Purchase Required' in the cart.
Q. Are there minimum purchases required?
All Promotions require some type of purchase, but the minimums vary per promotion. You will be notified by the cart if the minimum purchase has not been met, or by us if your order changes. Look under restrictions for info about any returned items.
Q. Are all Promo Codes valid at all times?
No, some Promo Codes are valid for only a short period of time. You will be reminded of the duration of a promotion in our email newsletter.
Q. I have a Shipping Promo Code for the Bay Area, how does that work?
This limited time Promo Code offers discounted shipping. It gives discounted shipping for customers who live in the Bay area and are shipping within the Bay area only. If either shipper (based on billing address) or recipient is outside of the area, this promotion does NOT apply, and shipping charges will be recalculated (you will be informed if this happens). This is only valid for Standard Ground Shipping.
Q. Are there any restrictions?
As always, we will inform you if a promotion that you have used is invalid, and will give you the opportunity to cancel your order if it is. Please note that some promotions are valid within a certain geographic area, and shipment must be within that area in order to be valid. If the minimum purchase is met in an order, but an item from that order is returned, the cost of a promotional item may be deducted from the returned item's price.
One Promo Code per purchase. We reserve the right to limit the number of times a promotion can be used. We reserve the right to limit the use of any promotion as we deem necessary. We reserve the right to terminate a promotion at any time. We reserve the right to have certain private promotions that only our employees and partners may use, and we reserve the right to limit the use of those promotions and restrict their use to qualified individuals.
