Placing Orders on our site

To place an order by phone, please call us between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm M-F PST at
(877) 416-TOTS (877 416-8687). International and local callers should use (408) 245-7903. We are happy to help with gift selection and to answer questions about our products.

Placing Orders By Fax

To place a fax order, place the items you want in your cart. If you are in CA, don't forget to click the box at the top of the Shopping Cart so that you will be charged the appropriate tax. Then click 'Fax' link at the top of the Shopping Cart, or click 'Secure Checkout' and then click the 'Fax Order' link. This will take you to our Secure Fax Order Form. Just fill out the form online or by hand, print it out and fax it to us at 408 245-7943.

Placing Orders by Mail or Mailing a Check

You can use the website to select your items. Add items to your cart as usual. If you are in CA, don't forget to click the box at the top of the Shopping Cart so that you will be charged the appropriate tax. To checkout, either click on the "Fax" link in the Shopping Cart or click on the Secure Checkout link and choose the" Fax Form" link on the Secure Checkout Form. This will take you to our Secure Fax Order Form. Fill out the info on the fax form and print out the entire form. Your purchases will be detailed at the bottom - that is the amount of your order. If you are writing a check, this is the amount payable.

So we know to expect an order by mail, send an email to customer_care@totallytots.com stating that you will be sending in an order by mail. Its very important to do this or it could further delay your order. You can also fax the order to 408 245 - 7943 (no email is necessary). If you are using a check, make the check payable to Totally Tots. Send the check (if applicable) and the order form to the address below.

Please note that if you are mailing a check, your check must clear before we send the merchandise (about 5 business days). We will send you a confirmation email or call you to let you know when your items have shipped.
