              Are there shipping options? 
            For your convenience, 
              you have a choice of FedEx Ground, FedEx 2nd Day Air or FedEx Express 
              (Overnight) shipping. If you have a P.O. Box, we will ship by United 
              State Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail - the cost of which may 
              be higher based on weight. Please note that our shipping and delivery 
              days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Express and 2nd Day 
              Air orders must be placed by NOON (12PM ) Pacific Standard Time 
              to be shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed after noon on Friday 
              will be considered with Monday orders. Ground shipments should arrive 
              within 1-5 business days from ship date. Please allow additional 
              time for items drop-shipped from our partners (these will have a 
              note on the item's product page stating that they are drop-shipped).

            Q. 
              How do you determine shipping charges? 
            Shipping charges 
              are determined by weight and by service. Our shipping prices start 
              as low as $5.95 for Fedex Ground delivery. Priority Mail rates are 
              different than Fedex Ground, and may be higher in some cases. Back

              Are your shipping rates ever higher than what I see in the shopping 
              cart? Are there any fees that are not shown? 
            It is very 
              rare that shipping charges are different from what is posted in 
              your shopping cart on a Domestic Ground Shipment. If you request 
              special handling, we may pass along any charges that we are assessed 
              by the shipment carrier. In any event, it is our policy to notify 
              you to get your approval on any differences in shipping costs before 
              an item ships. We do not charge handling fees for Domestic Ground 
              Shipments, only on International Orders. Back

              Do you ship internationally? 
            At this time, 
              we ship internationally to Canada and a select countries in Europe. 
              Please contact us via email to find out if we service your area. 
              We plan on providing that option to additional approved countries

              Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii? 
            Yes, and we 
              give the customer the option of using Fedex or Priority Mail. Back

              Are there additional charges or fees for shipments to Alaska, 
              Hawaii, or Canada? 
            There are no 
              additional fees for Alaska or Hawaii. There is a handling fee for 
              Canadian and European orders of $3.00 per order. Please note that 
              posted shipping prices apply to the Continental US only. We will 
              contact you for shipping prices and options to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada 
              and Europe when we review your order. We will not charge your credit 
              card until you have approved the shipping charges. Back

            Q. 
              How long before you ship my order? 
            Most orders 
              of in-stock, non-handmade items will be shipped out (leave our facility) 
              within 2-3 business days of receipt if received by NOON (12PM) Pacific 
              Standard Time (PST) Monday-Friday. This is called a Standard Order. 
              Handmade items will usually ship out within 3-4 business days following 
              the order. If stock items cannot ship out within 2-3 business days, 
              we will attempt to notify you via email. Please note that gift-wrap 
              option will require additional time before shipment. If you need 
              your order by a certain date, please let us know in the Comments 
              section of the Checkout form. Back

            Q. 
              I need a gift to be received by a certain date. How can I tell you? 
            When you check 
              out, make a note in the Comments section on the Secure Checkout 
              form that your gift needs to be received by a certain date, and 
              note the date. We will contact you via email if the shipping options 
              you chose will not work, and tell you your options at that time.

            Q. 
              Can I request a rush to get the order shipped quicker? 
            For an additional 
              fee, you can choose Rush Order. A Rush Order will enter shipping 
              within 24 hours of receipt (Monday - Thursday). If you would like 
              an order to get to its recipient the fastest, you should choose 
              Rush Order + Express Shipping (2-Day or OverNight Shipping). Below 
              are summaries of both the "Rush Order Fees" and the "Shipping 
              Times for Standard and Rush Orders". See the chart below for

              Do you send a confirmation when you ship? 
            Yes, you will 
              receive an email to confirm shipment of your order the next business 
              day after your order ships. That email will include any tracking 
              information that we have at that time.

            Q. How do 
              I track my shipment?

              Fedfex packages right here on our site. Use the tracking number 
              sent to you in the email and submit it. All current tracking info 
              will be given at that time.

              I don't read my email often. How can I tell you to call me if you 
              need to contact me? 
            When you check 
              out,a note in the Comments section on the Secure Checkout 
              form to contact you by phone if there are problems with your order.

              Can I send a gift to someone else? 
            Yes. First 
              add all the items for that recipient to your shopping cart. When 
              you are ready to check out, select Secure Checkout. Simply fill 
              in the required sections of the form with your information and the 
              recipient's information. You can choose to add a gift message and 
              gift packaging as well. Press submit when you are done and we will

              Can I get the package gift wrapped? 
            We do have 
              gift packaging available. Your recipient will receive their items 
              covered in baby-festive or kid-festive paper with a bow along with 
              a handwritten note inside of the shipping box. This is not traditional 
              wrap, but kids think it's great to open! There will also be a receipt 
              that has no prices, but that contains the name and address of the 
              sender and your original gift message printed out. There is one

              What are the fees for Rush Orders?

              Who pays for the shipping with a return? 
            That depends. 
              If it was our mistake, we will pay for shipping. Otherwise, the 
              recipient (or owner of the billing card of record) must pay for 
              the shipping of any returns. This includes package refusals and 
              packages that are otherwise undeliverable due to no fault of ours.
